Thank you darling, really wild just thought it was gonna be some small promo stuff. But why not celebrate myself eh? Back at the gym and routine now after christmas and the meets in Feb and hoping to start training the social life muscles this year, so we deffo need a sesh and catch up. ❤️

Its mad, its the service I use that helps the disabled and older folk into exercise. They asked to use my story/pic in a little promotion. Now im all over my own gym and other leisure centres and there's a fucking billboard, possibly others! 🤣
