I finally figured out the science to why the holidays pass so fast and January takes so long: the doppler effect!
Time compresses as the holidays are traveling toward us, making it pass quickly. Then the holidays zoom past and are moving away, causing January to stretch toward infinity.

Why can't we have fruit trees in public spaces? I had avocado trees lining the street I lived on in LA. It was heaven. It needs to happen more.

I am owned by three cats. Ivy Girl (back with white whiskers) is 14 years old and Sophia (fluffy tortoiseshell) is 2 years old. Angel (fluffy black) is just over a year old and is our newest addition. She hasn't quite settled enough to come share the couch with the other ladies. #catcensus #catlover
