Military aircraft, especially helicopters, don’t have TCAS. The system doesn’t work if one aircraft doesn’t have it. This is nightmare stuff.

The goal is the dismantlement of the civil service. Everything else is designed to be cruel and emotional but ultimately a distraction from the destruction of professionalism in agencies. Once that is done, the camps will follow.

Let’s say you are in public and a lawful permanent resident or U.S. citizen and someone from ICE/Border Patrol yells at you to stop. Go for a jog. Anywhere except at established checkpoints requires reasonable suspicion for you to be detained no matter how long.
