I was on Capitol Hill this afternoon, it made me feel better. The halls were full of advocacy groups making visits, phones were ringing in offices. People are doing something. In one office the answer was “The Senator supports all of the President’s nominees”, and yet, people kept calling.

Over the last week I’ve been grabbing drinks with remarkable people, who by profession and personality work on disability policy. Lots of questions about “what’s next?” and “what now?” The big question was “how do I make a difference now?” Grateful for the chance to keep working hard to answer.
