I would be stunned if either Trump or his sycophants understand the scope of FEMA's work. Even if they did understand FEMA's charge, I doubt if they'd even care about what its loss would mean to the people FEMA has helped after natural and man made disasters. Incompetent and inhumane. Just awful

As noted above, the idea that this feckless asshole has any understanding of the Separation of Powers is ridiculous. Not that you're ridiculous, but recall the only power this jerk recognizes is his own.
