Wanted to try this #Passover dish that was printed in the local Jewish paper. Might be a little late, but it turned out well! Our variation of klops uses Impossible ground beef, onions, 3 hard-boiled eggs, and matzo meal. Leftover matzah on the side.
Two slices of meatloaf, called klops, sit on a blue & white paper plate with a broken board of matzah - unleavened bread typically eaten during Passover. One slice has a hard-boiled egg slice visible in it. A meatloaf variety called klops rests as a whole loaf on parchment paper in a Pyrex pan.

When advertising for #Hanukkah, I highly recommend that companies put the dreidel on gimel (ג).
