Drinking Tea has helped me Calm my anxiety and nerves but with coffee I was always Feeling energetic but in a bad way and that’s not a good feeling to have because it’s very hard to get off of the caffeine rush but it has been good for me to get off of its much healthier for me to stay focused

I Finally Quit the Most Stressful thing is Getting Coffee out of my system and going for something healthier like Drinking Tea or Sweat Tea with aiittle Sugar I have been drinking coffee since I was 13 mostly half my life and it’s not the best for me I couldn’t even focus or anything it’s Diff now
