The vast majority of UGC are created by players of Roblox and purchasing said ugc basically pays the creators of the items.

Getting a switch 2 is a whole investment, not only do you gotta pay 500 bucks for the thing itself but every single Nintendo game rn (which is the reason why anyone would get a switch) is like 80$!!
