If you have not tried Headspace! I recommend it! It’s been a breath of fresh air for me learning how to slowdown and breathe! It’s become an important part of my morning! In this bananas 🍌 time we live in right now! It’s sooooo important to be able to breathe! ❤️ thank you Headspace!
