/3 Asserting the (legally correct) point that members of the military may refuse illegal orders is not conspiring to overthrow the government or hinder the laws by force.

1. The accusation is true and Trump should be impeached. 2. It’s a lie and Elon should suffer enormous reputational damage. 3. Everyone decides absolutely nothing matters anymore and moves on like it never happened.
