Finally is the Raider, caravans beware. Their incursions into the former Cercei empire have given them ample training for quick attacks. When charging into an enemy they gain bonus crit and they can use the Blitz ability to increase their charge damage at the expense of their defense for a turn.

This is the Horn Hunter, a mounted warrior who does what the name implies. This unit specializes in throwing javelins while on the move, so they gain a ranged damage bonus after moving.

On the left in the Deadskin, a high quality light infantry with stats that allow it to go toe to toe with heavy infantry while maintaining the mobility benefits of being a light infantry.

On the right is the Skiv, a fast ambush style skirmisher prepped to shred enemy cavalry.

The Lyri are a nomadic people who follow the migratory pattern of the Velikirog or 'big horns.' They are exception tanners when it comes to leather work and that is reflected in the Lyri having premium light infantry equipped with dangerous barbed javs that are effective against cavalry

Want to show off some of the awesome work @sphealnuke.bsky.social has done for me on sprites, so I'm going to show off the troops for the Lyri culture which has some gothic and slavic inspirations.

UI Rework is in progress. A look at the general style for menus after workshopping it with a friend who's really good with this stuff. Going to have book marks for different tabs and still need to add ability icons, but it's looking a lot nicer

Ostenders are definitely higher than I want them still, but they also have a sizable Cost of Living (CoL) due to a general lack of Wool and Textiles for their cities, so if we sort by Per Capita / CoL, they're near the bottom only really beating out the Cerceis, which feels good to me.

This was a similar story for the Ostenders who also used Guilds to produce Cider, but that's been moved over to Crafts as well. So let's look back at the standing of the cultures after the rebalancing.
Going by per capita we have the Cercei, Ostenders and Lyri.

of the Lyri population works in Resource sectors, so a boost here meant the overall per capita was a good bit higher for the culture. My solution was break the Leather out into a new Sector called Crafts so the growth there wouldn't increase demand for Lumber and now it's much more stable.

I started looking through the Lyri Sectors and before the rebalance their Resource Sector, which a lot of pops below to, were cranking out money, with over 10 per capita. This was weird to me because they were supposed to be focused on Hunting to get Hides to turn into Leather with Guilds.
