What’s an aspect of figure collecting that is not that important to you? Mine is articulation. I don’t really care if it moves around as long as it looks good.

Now for my absolute favorite. Gamer Edition Reactivate (rip) Bumblebee. This thing is so fun to transform (minus that one step IYKYK) and looks great in both modes. I might try to track down the Starscream fr this line.

Cybertron Hot Shot. This figure is fine. I have the same issue I have with all the other UT remakes. They just kind of take the fun out of the original toys.

G1 Universe Optimus Prime. I really like this figure. It’s very fun to flip back and forth and the accessories are abundant.

Now that I’ve had some time to mess with these figures here are some thoughts. First is Transformers One Optimus Prime. This figure looks really great in Robot mode. The transformation however does the classic “my fingers hurt now” that I’ve experienced with several Studio Series toys.

As someone who’s been mostly priced out of the hobby, Walmart’s Black Friday came in clutch with figures I’ve been interested in. If you don’t mind waiting this is a good way to get some newish stuff.
