I am not sure if it is common, I just started grafting last year and have a tight strip of space along a couple of fence lines to experiment with so I thought I would give it a go. Nothing to lose but a couple of dollariedoos!

This year I am going to try grafting g41 as an interstem onto m111. Not sure what scion yet, I’ll leave that to be a next year problem.
