Stephen Miller said that they plan on using each state's national guard to do mass raids in their home states for undocumented immigrants.
With regards to "unfriendly" states that are blue, they would have the national guard from neighboring red states go in and do the mass raids there as well.

According to a recent survey, 1 in 5 Republicans think Trump should deny the election results if he loses and do what he can to get back in office. 1 in 10 democrats think Harris should do the same. Which... given the threat Trump poses, I can't say I don't get get it.
