Joy Electric’s album CHRISTIANsongs, which I bought on the release date at my local Christian bookstore Starflyer 59’s incredible classic Everybody Makes Mistakes bought cheap from the Christian bookstore’s demo section Luxury’s self-titled album, which I also bought from the used demos at the Christian bookstore Five Iron Frenzy’s live album, Proof that the Youth are Revolting (pun intended). Definitely bought this day and date of release from the Christian bookstore and tacked the insert up on my wall

Ingredients 2 lbs 93/7 ground beef 1 onion chopped 1 bell pepper chopped 1 can red beans 1 can black beans 1 cup beef stock 1 can tomato paste 1 can diced tomatoes & garlic ½ Tbsp cumin ½ Tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried oregano Salt & pepper Steps 1. Drain and rinse beans Add everything into the crock pot, on low for 6-8 hours. Break up the meat and mix about halfway through
