Interesting. My lot is just within dark green in north berkeley. There a few old houses in bad shape in the flats that this will naturally happen too right? My 70year old stucco spot has about 20 years left in it cuz we’ve taken decent care of it. Only 5 units tho.

We must and we have already. If there is an earthquake in the area, there is no safer place to be than Diablo Canyon
