A question in earnest: what keeps Premodern from being "solved"? I've toyed with the format a but and played these sets when they were in Standard... I'm worried that given enough reps, the "right" deck gets found and becomes the dominant meta deck.

I don't think in my lifetime has an institution failed it's readership more than the New York Times. You spent the past 4 years utterly ignoring the looming literal fascist/oligarch takeover of the US government to sell us "Biden old!" clickbait and NOW you want your educated readership to return?

Cannot stress this enough - if you enjoyed Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 3/6 (it's 3 in the original SNES US release, 6 is how you'll find it now) will blow you away. CT/FF6 are heralded together for a reason.

They have their own TV channels, personalities, media. They deride fact checking and (well) moderated debate. They buy social media platforms to manipulate algorithms and amplify content that suits their preferred ends and worldview.

What they are threatened by are places of alignment + organizing
