I would say that's part of the broad spectrum of broken things.

You can easily name a handful of other buildings that are clearly on their way out (many that have had unenforced orders to comply). Let alone the corner of King St & East Ave, where there's been no facade for multiple years now.

Yeah! I'm 41, the pavilion was a pretty essential part of childhood life in that neighborhood (let alone all the other cultural events that were held there - Earthsong, Portuguese fests, Pride, Labour Day)
