A very important battle for the US to win

Applying traffic laws strictly only to AV Ridehail would be hypocritical.

Tomorrowland replacement stage wasn’t bad but this would have been better

When I get to a new city, I ask where the oldest part of town is. And that takes me right to the best spot.

Exciting news for Tempe - our downtown Tempe office will soon turn into something much larger. We have loved being there going back to before Culdesac Tempe opened.

Came home to some graffiti tonight

Watching the reveal of the next generation of the third best selling electric vehicle in the US, the Lectric XP 4.0.

The best ebike sale I’ve seen in years. $800 for an XP 3.0 is exceptional.

No way they’re discontinuing this like the famous Rad Mission sale. More likely, the 4.0 is about to replace this. But even still, this deal is exceptional.

Great news for walkable neighborhoods. Giving up your car now saves over $1000/mo on average.

Morning Brew wants to know where residents of Culdesac go to kiss.

Valentine’s Day Update 2

Aaaaaand while in a Waymo we passed a crime scene. A human driver, who was definitely not drunk, ran into the median and crossed into oncoming traffic.

Valentine’s Day update - Waymo is underpromising on wait times tonight. Like 18-> 5 minute level underpromising. Still enjoying the beer garden here
@culdesac
so I actually wanted the long wait.

Have canceled twice now since it doesn’t feel bad canceling on a robot.

It was a resident who first noticed the protection part of the protected bike lane going in next to Culdesac. Can’t wait for everyone to see the benefits to safety and business. And to bring out more people on bikes and keep the flywheel going.

It's the little things. Lyft pickups at Culdesac used to say Zone 1, Zone 2, etc. So drivers didn't get what was there.

Now they'll all see there is shopping

Cooperstown is funny because it’s all about harkening back to the past. You can’t open a chain restaurant, and they lionize how baseball was during the Babe Ruth era and earlier. But they’re completely fine with soul-destroying parking lots everywhere.

First time logging back in for awhile. Look at this great bike lane I saw at a wedding in LA this weekend

These are our most distinctive units. We call them pod units - and guess what, the construction is running ahead of schedule! We’re leasing them for move-ins starting September now
