I'd suggest putting it into a note on your phone and depending on paranoia share the passcode between two people or give to just one.

Or just pen and paper and keep in the house, depending on if you think you'll be burgled.

As far as I'm aware, the main providers are storing the data for the time to prove age and then after that time it's removed.

From the island timeline perspective, they appear in the order of when they land in time rather than when they experience the jump.
