Agree with that sentiment. Recently saw an OSHA (federal workplace safety standards) has a NIOSH hierarchy of controls that prioritizes 1. Elimination then 2. Substitution over other means like safety equipment, which if applied to FHA and DOT Vision Zero equates to:

It’s fascinating that Nathan Fielder has gone to intentionally comical lengths to attempt to solve a contributing factor to airline crashes when the far more serious, overripe, hit you in the face low hanging fruit is US automotive fatalities.

Seismic from my understanding, since formwork and shoring needs to withstand an earth quake. Also the trades there are higher paid.
