Your last point is spot on but it’s becoming impossible to do this. People are so binary now you have to follow the opinion of your chosen side. The centrist is worthless now

Exactly the issue with X now. I’m not sure if it’s the algorithm engagement mining or if it really is a right wing platform now. Either way it’s hugely divisive
