I have all the published Leslie Meir titles, but three are ebooks only. Never, never, never. I wish they were in print.

Reread 2024
Joan Hess was a humorous writer with 3 very different series.
Claire Malloy (20) is a widowed bookshop owner. Her husband was a professor at the college across the street.
Arlie Hanks (16), a woman sheriff in hick town, AK. Both are clever with lol moments.
Theo Bloomer (2) was okay

Cozy Mysteries #3
In 2024, I decided to reread each one in chronological order. I rediscovered the depth of writing, significant vocabulary. clever themes and the Pidgeon series, a new appreciation for women tradespeople.

Yes, each can be read in one sitting, but they made me reflect deeply.

Cozy Mysteries #2
My first encounter, in 1994, was with talented Valerie Wolzien. She wrote two different series: Susan Henshaw, a 'homemaker' par excellence (16 titles) and Josie Pidgeon (7 titles), a female carpenter and business owner. The first reading, I was not fond of the Pidgeon series. TBC

"Cozy Mysteries"
For the longest time, I embraced the category of #cozymyteries, until I became hooked on them. I think ‘cozy’ is a misnomer. TBC 1/1
