Ho ho snow. Santa told me he's a happy dude today although I reminded him he's 4 weeks early.

There's something compelling for me about a fire pit.
And where we live at this time of year in late autumn, and at this time of day in particular, it sure is wonderful to enjoy in tandem with the geese, ducks, sandhill cranes flying to the field ponds a few hundred yards away.

Worked on some music early.
Hiked in the afternoon.
Wrapping up with a firepit. And a good beer. And a good cigar.
Now listening to thousands of geese sing beyond our woods.
