With the likelihood of this material being tracked in transit by drone/sat visually and plausibly by gamma emissions, does it make sense to move it somewhere easier to destroy? I wouldn't move it, I'd bury it deeper.

I had a Genesis the SNES generation. I must have been buying games second hand because I don't remember them being so high. When the N64 launched there was no used market and Shadows of the Empire was like $80. That was a lot of lawn mowing!
