The thing is, the President can only impose tariffs in response to emergencies. If he isn't even pretending to do so anymore, it shows how much we have lost the rule of law.

Cal used to be a mediocre football program in a conference that made sense. Why on earth would I stay up on Friday night to watch them barely win at home over UNC? (And get off my lawn!)
