God-tier local chain, 10/10, used to always spatter my button-up shirts with oil when I worked in Midtown
So cool that they're offering meal kits now! They used to (and still might) have this warning sign about their noodles, I guess the best way around it was to just have you make your own!

TAKEOUT NOODLES WILL NOT TASTE AS GOOD AS FRESH ONES
When the noodles cool down (it only takes up to 15 minutes), they will congeal and bloat, and all the sauce will soak into the noodles (flavor is lost), leaving only oil on the outside of the noodles to taste. Noodles can be reheated, but the taste is far inferior, and the chewiness of the noodles is gone.
First time diners are highly encouraged to have their food in the store (or even just have a bite from the takeout container before heading out) to know what the dishes are suppose [sic] to taste like to avoid false first impressions.
If you must take out, the [sic] please keep this fact in mind, and try to eat it as soon as you can. This is just food chemistry that we cannot do anything about.
