PS: any update on the church adaptive reuse at 16th and Mifflin, the empty hospital building at Broad and Mifflin, or the Melrose Diner site?
All three have gotten quite a bit of press but no shovels have ever hit the ground.

really sucks that he isn't voting for 6. here in Philly we have the exact same thing (off-year mayoral elections, in the third year of the presidential term) and it's what has allowed our sclerotic machine to retain power for so long...

this is beyond dumb—it's frankly idiotic. the left has showed up for the center time after time; it's long past time that the opposite hold true. and NYC is the most liberal city in the country. not crazy that the next mayor would be very left-wing!
