Checked out Reign of Terror’s Christmas overlay in Thousand Oaks and had an absolute blast. Classic Halloween style scares with a festive twist — Heat Miser and Snow Miser, gingerbread men, and even Santa. Only ran for the weekend, but it’s definitely one to add to your holiday haunt list next year.

We finally checked out Reign of Terror Haunted House in Thousand Oaks — and wow, it’s like if Knott’s Scary Farm did all their mazes in one nonstop 30-minute walkthrough. Incredible sets, scares, and attention to detail. Highly recommend if you can handle that much terror!

Back in 2018 we went to our first drag brunch — hosted by Ross Mathews at the now defunct Rockwell Stage and Table in Los Feliz. 🌈 Sarah had already been a Drag Race fan, and by then Ryan was hooked too. Ross even called him “a new ally.” The queens killed it, the vibes were amazing. 💃✨

Back from LA Comic Con with some awesome finds! Ryan got a con exclusive stormtrooper shirt from RSVLTS, Sarah snagged Eeyore earrings from Girls Crew, we picked up a Sting bottle opener from Steve Minty for the house, and an Anthony Bourdain art piece from PopArt Saints for Ryan’s mom’s birthday.

Confession: we’ve only seen the first Friday the 13th. Trying to watch more of them before HHN. That said, Jason is an undisputed horror icon.
We loved the Texas Chainsaw Massacre maze from HHN 2024, so if they bring that same energy and detail here, we’re in for something special. 🔪🏕️
