Happiness is a choice…. I choose it everyday. Sometimes you have to go through dark moments/spaces/times; & sit there awhile; so that you know you don’t like it. Darkness is never without purpose. Learn the lesson, choose light.

As I grow older I continually gain a healthy respect for all of the things that make me peculiar, and I now cherish them.

You are not losing your mind, you have just exceeded your capacity. In the thing that is overwhelming you, give it to God completely and disengage. God is restoring your capacity, sleep/rest, giving you, your mind and peace back. God is settling you. Anxiety will not take root.
