In Koepka's case, it doesn't appear so. But LIV deals were negotiated on a case-by-case basis in the early days, so each player may have a different deal. I suspect the Tour has an inkling that at least one more guy could take up the offer, or otherwise they wouldn't bother making up the program

I wouldn't personally advocate for letting the LIV people back scot-free, but I'm increasingly convinced the Tour thinks this is the dam-breaking moment

That's the biggest reason why I think they'll ultimately go light on punishments/sanctions. If it were Monahan, I would think that's way less likely

Yeah, one-time amnesty program

That's definitely the counter argument to a light punishment. I don't know if the Tour could compel a non-compete of sorts as a condition of reinstatement.

I agree, but I think the Tour might try to make the punishment light-to-nonexistent if it could bring LIV down forever

I'm of the mind that they're just gonna let him back and hope that somehow leads to Bryson walking (if his deal has similar fungible terms)

That's part of it, but I feel like the first stage should have more played for 36 holes

Cannot agree more (and for Deck Blue to figure out scrolling)
