Type-fest is definitely the missing library for typescript.

I get the feeling that with some work, zod and type-fest will close the gap lets you write code such that invalid states are unrepresentable in the type system.

Counter point: how something looks on the web, including small interactions, have fairly well defined specs and are easy to replicate and validate with AI.

State management is much more nuanced and, in my opinion, will be further on down the AI replacement road.
If I had to start over learning to code in 2025 do you know what I would start with?

The same thing I started with in the beginning.

- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript

Do you know why even in this world of AI headlines?

Man, when it rains I pours.

Work is hitting a busy cycle.

New side project idea that I'm excited about and can't stop working on.

And Factorio: space age just dropped.

Also wife is out this week so I've got all 4 kids.

/8 At any rate, congratulations to the Federalist Society for an achievement beyond the reach of the British, outside the grasp of bloody civil war, impossible to Nazis and Soviets and terrorists: defeating the American idea.

Honestly, the single greatest improvement in the Bluesky UX over Twitter is that when you click a link it brings you to your native browser and doesn't try to open up the in app web view with none of your login sessions present.

News links actually work!
