I'm mad. I'm sad. I'm disappointed. I'm scared. But the peaceful transfer of power is a cornerstone of democracy. The other guy won and was confirmed today. The appropriate response is to keep fighting, not try to burn democracy to the ground.

What I am reading in December. I am a notorious people pleaser and a fixer. I cannot fix this country right now, and that's hard for me. I'm trying to learn stillness. It's tough for me. But I'm excited to learn how to "winter" for my mental health while I continue to fight.
