This is North Chicago, a small town in Lake County. Only reason I care is it’s about 20 minutes away from me and 2 minutes from where I grew up, and my family has a long history with Great Lakes Naval Base.

I didn’t read the “and” at first and thought that was an incredibly specific location to set a TTRPG, maybe I need to join the Patreon to figure out what it is.
