Some people will never be happy for the success you’re getting. Sad that these would be your least expected ones to be so unsupportive of your endeavors- your co-members/team members, even your leader(s).

This book is a godsend. We couldnt find a reference for Piperacillin-Tazobactam 100mkdose q12h piperacillin-based for neonates for dose checking but this had one! Handy for pediatrics and neonatal doses! Huhu

After the poster presentations, I realized that I did not need anyone’s help to do the outputs, but I still included our team members. I delivered without assistance nor guidance, which I think shows independence but also is very dangerous.
That’s why I keep on asking others if my work is okay.
