Applying to heat tolerance datasets, we show that FAEMI scores improves genomic prediction accuracy and help identify potential causal mutations. This will helps us to breed cattle in a hotter world

Here we propose a new framework called “Functional-And-Evolutionary Multi-trait Importance (FAEMI) score”. Developed using a Bayesian method, we collected and analyzed annotation and omics data across multiple consortia, converting more than 2.3 millions of molecular phenotypes.
