That "business guy" thinks giving people some money and telling them to fend for themselves to purchase healthcare is a plan.
Insurance doesn't work that way and neither does business.

Johnson's statement pretty much says they're not going to negotiate after government reopens.
Which means Dems need to hold the line. No yes votes until GOP funds the ACA.
