The city website for Bologna has their official recipe for Tagliatelle Bolognese... My Dad discovered it after he visited Bologna and now we make it at home regularly.

Thankfully the Youtube comments are still very much pro-Ian and the small handful of usual suspects are massively outnumbered and often getting ratioed by other commenters. It's not perfect, but it's better than the alternative!

Congratulations on outing yourself as part of the problem. Painting all youngsters as an idiocracy with such a broad brush is part of the reason why so many young people have given up, because your generation don't understand them or show them any respect whatsoever.

Worst thing is, I've barely scratched the surface on what I could about this. State of the NHS, multiple recessions in my lifetime by age 30 etc... Implying that the lack of engagement in politics is purely due to social media is foolish at best, and demonstrates how young people aren't understood.

Of course people are going to say "Well, everything keeps getting worse anyway no matter what I do or say, so I might as well just check out and not bother, my vote doesn't count."

Now, I'm the kind of obstinate bastard who will keep voting because it's my right and I will make my voice heard, but it's no wonder other young people aren't bothering. The country is being made worse for young people and so of course they're not bothering to get involved any more. 4/?

I voted for Remain, we left the EU. Finding my own place to live is challenging because of property prices. I've seen the rights of my LGBT friends infringed upon. The people in parliament don't look like me, talk like me, think like me, like the things I like etc etc. 3/?

With every election, I have lost more and more, and watched the country get worse and worse. I voted against the Tories every time, and got them every time (Labour this time round are just red Tories so they don't count). 2/?

Definitely agreed. Ncuti and Varada were great, but were let down by the episode trying to do too much and say too much! The 45 minute format just doesn't work here. I stand by my opinion that Who needs to go back to the old format of a few 20-30 min episodes per story

Ahh, that's interesting, it looks like Bsky gives transparent images a black background... Another useful feature may be to select the background colour? (Unless I have missed something obvious)
