It's important that Americans - especially those in red states who feel this way - tell this to their elected representatives. Ask them how many of their constituents are willing to send their children to die in a war with Canada. We might not win, but it wouldn't be a shutout, either.

I hope the media in the US is ready to press Trump on how American expansion is going to work. For example, how many electoral votes will Canada get? Will it be one state or ten? The more he's pressed on things like this, the more proof there will be that there was no thought put into it.
