Is there any way for the house or senate to introduce a really clean CR that Only pushes out the date and doesn’t include other budget impacts?

Someone needs to get all these progressive groups together and organize the biggest march on Washington this country has ever seen on July 4. We need to give people time to organize and get there. I’d do whatever I could to help!
