The Patriots still own the plane, but it’s no longer operated by Eastern Airlines, who ran the deportation flights in 2022. But as far as I can tell (admittedly not far) there is no evidence the plane is currently being used for deportation flights under the new operator, Omni.

Although it was 2022, so hopefully these deportees were at least given due process before they were sent away.
