Despite a rainy, blustery morning, I got in a solid 10+ mile run with a respectable pace. I'm still dropping time in the last two to three miles, but I'm pretty happy with my results today.

It feels like PT is helping. Added two miles this week and got back almost 30 seconds per km. We'll see how I feel tomorrow, but for today, I'm cautiously optimistic while grateful for these results.
