Bootsie on her gotcha day! We adopted her from Paris Animal Welfare Shelter (PAWS). She was so tiny—I carefully seatbelted her into the front passenger seat but she wormed her way out of the too large harness and into my lap before we got out of Paris on the way home. Also into my heart I guess.
