Queens Mead. LBB's refusal for retrospective permission for a shed in the front garden has just been appealed. It will be an interesting test of how the Inspector views the Conservation Area. ALWAYS better to get permission before building. We are happy to give guidance.

For 5 years we have been trying to get the developer to fulfill his obligation to plant some trees at Matilda House Hillbrow Road. We have asked this question of the Council (meeting 12/12) - hopefully it will speed up action!
