The idea here, obviously, is that if your country's "wise men" are unable to obtain cooperation from their defendants and plaintiffs at the federal level, the UN will move in to restore order.

And, in cases of corruption — like not following their own best practices or "stari decisus"...

It occurred to me today that since the US Courts have no viable means of enforcing their orders that the US, and every other sovereign, use the UN and their peacekeeping forces, by agreement, as the enforcement arm of each country's judiciary.
