Good call. Coal tar was the mainstay of treatment before steroids etc. it’s a bit smelly but it’s likely the small concentration added into the alphosyl did seem to help.

Have you tried dovobet ointment ? it’s a steroid - vit d combination? I am sure you have if you had it that long but a lot of my patients found it useful?
