IIRC, Virginia's plan is for the redistricting only of the Congressional districts, and would revert back to the commission at the next census. This is 100% a reaction to Texas et. al fuckery.

When you're enemy puts a gun in your face, you don't unilaterally disarm. I was huge supporter of Virginia's non-partisan redistricting commission. But if the GOP decides to be vandals to the national compact, it's irresponsible to not punch them in the face.

There have been some guests that I would have liked a clean way to skip, but didn't have a polite way to phrase that. Having some type of chapter marker is perfect.

Honestly, the Caps special teams were pretty bleak until somewhat recently. I think having them on your radar but still not sold on them is perfectly reasonable. I'm a fan, and I wouldn't consider them in the same level as the others in the top 5. Maybe they go thump CAR. Lots of season left.
