Expedition 33 is absolutely my game of the year but my 2nd favorite game I've played this year honestly might be Road To Empress. I'm more excited about the sequel to that than I am GTAVI.

New 5K PB yay. Almost sub 6m pace. That is absolutely crazy cause this time last year my 1 mile PB was around 7 minutes.

How do I tell bluesky I don't want to block or mute someone entirely but I also don't need to see literally everything they post. Maybe like 1 of their posts a week. Just getting a little crazy how much the algorithm wants me to see 1 particular author from one website.

It's funny seeing people complain about not getting picked for the lottery to run the chicago marathon cause too many people are selected from those that qualify by running a fast time. Look, I ran 50 to 70 miles a week for a year to just barely meet the time requirement. Please let me have this 😭

The best part about running a lot is now I get served tons of articles about running and you get the biggest dumb asses in the comments being like "well, back when I was in the army I could walk 20 miles at a 7:00/mile pace so this story about someone's accomplishment is actually not that great"

Got a random txt asking to "circle back to an earlier discussion about selling our home". What discussion? Get fucked. I get 2 or 3 txt messages a week from randoms trying to buy our home. Unless they are offer 100x the value, we like our house thank you very much.

I hate how there are so many games coming out that I can see 1 screenshot or 2 seconds of a trailer and in my head just immediately go "pass" and close the tab. If anything it just makes me realize with my own games how on point you need to be with marketing.

Taking a short break for lunch but I started running at 8:20am and I'm planning on running until 3:30pm lol currently at around mile 18.

Finally watched the last of squid game. It was okay? Felt like it needed another 20 minutes to not feel so rushed in the end. Season 1 obviously is still the best. 2 and 3 are decent though.

The downfall of the internet was when all the sites that aggregated what other sites were doing started thinking we needed to spend more time on their site and to never leave. Would be like a mall thinking the draw of the mall is the space in between the stores.
