If you write collate binary_ci after text, it also doesn't find it.

Hmm.. today I tried this out, but it gave a different result vs the same but with help of lower function. I was querying on all_source where text like '%some_procedure_name%' collate binary_ci. But it didn't show the calling code. When I replaced it with lower(text), it could find the code..

Now I finally know what America turns red means...

But what if you add the clause rownum = 1 to the count?
