El Señor Lupito had his yearly checkup/rabies appointment this morning. He hates having his picture taken, so I tricked him into looking down by holding the phone below the table. Btw, the veterinarian said he's in great shape for 16!

Just completed the hardest 4k nude race I've ever participated in over the last 24 years! The last mile climbed up 1200 feet, and w/in that, the last 300 yards were hiking about a 15% grade. Omg, it was tough, but I finished and am looking forward to doing it again next year!

I remember watching Mark Spitz win gold @ the '72 Olympics. After the '76 Olympics I knew I wanted swim competitively, which I did until I was 18. The 1st team I swam for wore these suits until '82!
